Conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by CENTRALFRIPE whose activity is legally declared under the name SAS CENTRAL F, hereinafter referred to as "the seller", and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person, wishing make a purchase via this site, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

The site is the property of CENTRALFRIPE and its managers METTAG MEHDI, CIANFARANI VAIMITI in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, links of the hypertext type to the site are authorized without specific requests.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing an order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between CENTRALFRIPE and its client, both parties accepting them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.
The seller reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

2. Products

Most of the products presented on this site are SINGLE COPIES, because they are old and/or second-hand clothes and accessories. Despite the care taken in the selection of items, some degradation due to time can sometimes not be avoided. They are indicated in the description of the articles, however certain things can escape vigilance. These always discreet alterations are an integral part of the history and charm of the article. Very often, no size is indicated on the article, or it is clearly distorted by the time of this one. In these cases, an estimate of the size is indicated in the item description.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but they cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

The articles presented on this site are only valid within the limits of available stocks and in the countries distributed by the service provider La Poste or CHRONOPOST.
In the context of sales, product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Faced with an exceptional malfunction in the management of stocks and in the event of unavailability of the products after the order has been placed by the "buyer", the "seller" will notify the customer by email of the delivery of a partial order. or cancellation of his order. The period will depend on the type of bank card in possession: 3 to 8 days for an immediate debit and end of month for a deferred debit.

3. Order

Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
CENTRALFRIPE confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that he will have communicated. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed.
CENTRALFRIPE reserves the right to cancel a customer's order, in particular if there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information given by the "buyer" when taking the order commits the latter. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.

4. Delivery

After order confirmation, CENTALFRIPE undertakes to deliver to its carrier all the references ordered by the "buyer" within a maximum of 72 working hours. This carrier undertakes by contract with CENTRALFRIPE to deliver the order to the address of the "buyer" provided by "the seller".
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country. of receipt of the order. CENTRALFRIPE de facto disclaims all legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.

The delivery will be made by La Poste in colissimo followed, or in letter format followed, or chronopost.
Deliveries in the countries of the EEC are made by La Poste in colissimo followed Europe, or chronopost.
For deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by international postal services.

The goods always travel at the recipient's risk and peril. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of damage.

5. Price
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets includes transport, for orders delivered in France. For deliveries to other countries, delivery costs are added during the last stage of the purchase.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging, transport and commissioning costs.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, they include the shipping price (current rates of La Poste), packaging and logistics costs.
For the rest of the world, various customs fees and taxes may be added to the price initially indicated on the site. These remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Payment

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by CENTRALFRIPE or SAS CENTRAL F.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payments will be made through secure platforms: Paypal, or Stripe.

8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. CENTRALFRIPE cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed.

CENTRALFRIPE's liability will in any case be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have persisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional association in the branch, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the judgment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
Otherwise, the Commercial Court of Paris has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.

9. Legal information
The information of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Computing and Freedoms (CNIL). The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him, which he can exercise with CENTRALFRIPE. In addition, CENTALFRIPE undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or with consideration, the contact details of its customers to a third party.
